Can I
get a sample with my screenprinted
logos before I order?
Yes,
you can. Provided that you pay a set
up fee for making the screens and
the sample. If your order
materalises, depending on the
quantity required, the setup fee
will be offsetable against the final
invoice. If it doesn't, the set up
fee is non-refundable. In case all
you want is reassurance on the
quality of our work, you can also
see samples of our past work at our
showroom in Dar-es-Salaam.

How
closely can you match the ink
colours to my logo?
For
smaller orders, we offer customers
the choice from our standard colours.
Keeping standard shades of inks
reduces the costs for all and our
range is wide enough for all but the
most discerning customers. For them,
we offer ink shade matching.
Conditions apply, please contact for
details.

We're
in a hurry! What is your turnaround
time?
For
most jobs production time is 3-5
working days. But this is after all
art and/or samples have been
completed and approved and a deposit
paid. The usual bottleneck is art
production and approval. A typical
time-line might be: Day l- Art is
provided to us. Day 2-3 Art is
inspected and necessary changes are
made. Day 4- Art is returned to you.
Day 5- We receive approval and a
deposit. Day 6-10 Order is run and
delivered.
Remember that these are business
days and also that if the art is not
approved and needs further work or
if we need to produce a sample extra
time must be allowed. If you need to
receive your job on a certain
date please let us know at the
outset. Plan ahead!
We can meet urgent deadlines. Rush
jobs of 1 to 3 days can often be
accommodated but are be subject to a
rush surcharge. In many of these
cases, short cuts to the standard
operating procedure like art work
approval or sample approval have to
be made in order to meet the
deadline. However, clients will have
to waive all claims in the unlikely
event that the prints do not turn
out the way they had been envisaged.

How long will the design stay on the
garment?
The
printing will last the useful life
of the garment. What we mean by that
is the design will show wear and
fading at about the same rate as the
garment. Normally this means a life
span of several years.

Can I
order one print run with adults and
childrens t-shirts?
T-shirts are available in youth
sizes but usually in a more limited
color palette. Keep in mind that if
you require your art be reduced for
the children size shirts, you may
incur additional setup costs.

Can I get reprints of older designs?
Reprints are no problem. Generally,
we will retain your art on file and
screens for 3 months for faster
turnaround. Sometimes we maintain
screens for upto one year for
regular reprinted designs. If your
design is to be reprinted with no
art changes then normal production
is 3-5 days after we receive your
order and deposit. To make it easier
to reprint, please bring in a sample
of the earlier print run so that we
can match the inks and designs
faster.

How much will my printing cost?
The
price depends on quantity ordered,
size and placement of prints (how
many logos and what places on the
garment), the number of colours per
logo and whether it is a rush job or
not. Since we provides a custom
product we are happy to provide a
quote for any garments or branding
that you require. We provide quotes
free of charge. There are
price breaks for large volume orders
so the more you order the cheaper
the unit price will be. Our price
quotes are valid for 7 days. To
request a
quote, call or email us.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes,
for screen printing jobs the minimum
is 100 pieces, if you want less we
may be able to accomodate you using
Heat transfer printing depending
on how busy we are.
